Spring SCRATCH
Deadline for submissions for the next SCRATCH Mag is FEB. 3rd. The Youth Editorial Committee will be made up of students from Selkirk Secondary School in Kimberley.
Photos and poetry chosen to be published will recieve $20. The cover photo gets $50!
