universe belief philosophy
when I first discovered you,
I had my doubts.
I had pledged never to believe
in any voice I couldn’t hear,
in any force I couldn’t touch.
but then you showed me love,
and led me to witness the power
you embodied.
no god, or prophet, nothing
but the sheer existence of the Universe.
you taught me to accept my own life
as nothing more than an experience,
and nothing less than magic, than spiritual.
so I turned to you when I lost my way,
and like any deity ever worshiped,
you brought forth the signs I needed
to move forward with my life, in love.
so please please please,
point me in the right direction.
show me how I’m supposed
to work this one out.
because I’m lost and confused and conflicted.
