Dream Circus
I am tired,
Take me off to Dreamland,
Oh great Ring Leader,
I want to walk the tight-rope under your Big Top
And tame your great lions, tigers, and bears
I am tired great Ring Leader,
I want to eat fire,
Swords,
And do magnificent tricks
A top great elephants adorned with jewels,
And scarlet saddles
With I in a magnificent costume if purple
And scarlet, jewels, sequences,
And the feather of a wonderous peacock
I am tired great Ring Leader,
I want to dress-up in big shoes
And a red nose,
And make people laugh
I want to pile into a car with
10 other people, that are dressed like me,
And make people fall over laughing,
Because I am a clown
I am tired great Ring Leader,
I want to sit in the middle of the ring
Dressed in a great purple robe
With silver stars
That twinkle in the light
As i speak of people’s futures,
And the visions that I see.
I am tired great Ring Leader,
I want to sleep amongst the clouds,
