My mom is going to be famous, I hope. She has written a book, an awesome book called Almanac of the Infamous the Incredible and the Ignored. I cannot remember a time that she hasn’t been writing it, until about a year ago. She has done a 300 word real life mystery for each day of the year, along with a quote and a secret power. My mom also did all the illustrations, 365 of them.
I am really proud of my mom for completing such a big task, and I hope others can see her for how great she is. One thing I love about her book is that it is for all ages, and it’s a great present too.
My mom and I have lots of time to hang out together now that she is done writing, but she still writes for fun, and draws too. Almanac of the Infamous the Incredible and the Ignored is a great book to read because you don’t have to read the whole book at the same time. You can open to a random page, read a mystery and shut it again!
Juanita has done tons of radio interviews, books signings and readings. Maybe you’ll see one near you! Even if you don’t like mysteries, I suggest that you try this book.
