  • This was a great exercise to being our stress management with Melissa and Robin. We created this learning series as a follow up to our 2009 Youth Forum. The series began as a conference call and when we received feedback that it was stressful for our participants to make the bi-monthly phone calls we decided to go ‘viral’ and experiment with some alternative media formats. Over the next 3 weeks we will be posting 3 exercises with Melissa & Robin to examine what we are filling out lives with and what we can do to examine our stress and our manage the energy that we have! Stay tuned at email cbtyouth (at) cbt (dot) org to get on the mailing list.
